Recycled Pallets

Pallet recycling saves your company money and is good for the environment at the same time. Depending on your needs, reconditioned ‘like-new’ pallets can be almost indistinguishable from new pallets at much less the cost.

We supply repaired and remanufactured pallets, they look similar but are slightly different. See more information below!

Repaired Pallets

Each year millions of pallets are built and used in the Canadian economy to move various products and are used multiple times. These pallets can be repaired and reused after a few uses and then be sent back out for another cycle of shipments.

Used and repaired pallets play an essential role in keeping wooden pallets out of landfills. Unlike plastic pallets, wood pallets can be repaired and reused after they have been damaged.

Did you know there are different grades of used pallets?

Typically, out West, we deal with a #1 or a #2 grade (sometimes referred to as an A or B grade). Used #1 pallets are newer in their life cycle, so they require fewer repairs.

Remanufactured Pallets

Remanufactured wooden pallets, which are also called “reman pallets”, are wooden pallets that are built out of reclaimed pallet parts.

In some cases, remanufactured pallets are built out of a combination of both reclaimed pallet parts and new wood materials. This a way to save customers money, but it is also a responsible way to care for the environment by reusing available lumber.
